I've spent over three decades in healthcare and human services, working through every level to transform and inspire teams with manageable action plans to improve programs, reclaim funds and effect change.
Innovation is at the core of everything I do and with AD Consulting, I identify new opportunities through discovery and research, which are the implemented through streamlined processes and current technology.

I like to say I'm a bureaucracy detangler, that daunting piece that stops many from advancing their initiatives and visions. AD Consulting draws on resources to create plans of reinvention that are attainable and hold teams accountable. I quickly assess, diagnose and move forward with solutions that everyone can embrace.
